  Eve Best

Eve Best must love New York. Following up on her Tony Award nominated performance in A Moon for the Misbegotten, Best has joined the cast of The Homecoming. The Harold Pinter play will be coming to Broadway's Cort Theatre, starting November 23, with the opening set for December 9. Stars already announced for the production are Ian McShane, Raul Esparza and Michael McKean. The directing chores will be handled by Daniel Sullivan. Additional casting will be announced at a later date.

Coming home to his dysfunctional family is Teddy, who brings his wife Ruth( Best). Home is headed up by patriarch Max (McShane), living in squalid splendor with younger brother Sam( McKean) and two sons, Lenny(Esparza) and Joey. That's when all the fun, as only Pinter can write about it begins.

For her performance as Josie in A Moon for the Misbegotten, Best picked up Drama Desk and Outer Critics' Circle Awards. In London, she won an Olivier Award for her performance in the same show.
