Sally Ann Triplett, who dazzled audiences in Guys and Dolls ( Piccadilly), is joining the cast of Make Me A Song. The show, an off-Broadway hit, will be running at the New Players Theatre from Monday March 3 thru Sunday April 6. The musical celebrates the music of William Finn. The composer/lyricist has won Tony Awards for Best Book and Best Score for Falsettos (1992). His latest work is the Tony-nominated The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. Triplett 's roles include Chicago, Acorn Antiques, Anything Goes and Oliver!. The cast also features Frances Ruffelle, who played Eponine in the original production of Les Miserables, Louise Dearman, who starred as Sarah Brown in Guys and Dolls, Gareth Snook, who played Lee Harvey Oswald in Assassins and Peter in Company, Simon Thomas who will be appearing with Ruthie Henshall in the new West End musical Marguerite, opening in May and Ian I Watkins, a member of the pop group Steps.
