at the Comedy

  Jean Marsh

The parlour maid is turning into a housekeeper. Translation: Jean Marsh, who played Rose in the legendary TV hit, Upstairs Downstairs, will be moving into the role of Bertha, in the hit West End comedy, Boeing-Boeing, starting October 1. She'll replace Rhea Perlman, another TV legend (Cheers). The play is on in the West End at the Comedy. The director is Matthew Warchus.

Marsh joins cast members Elena Roger, Neil Stuke, Kevin McNally, Tracy-Anne Oberman, and Jennifer Ellison. The show is booking into January of next year.
